* WHERE...Great Miami River near Middletown.
* WHEN...From this evening to late Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, water approaches structures south of Route 73 between Excello and the Great Miami River. This includes properties along Oxford Street.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM EST Thursday the stage was 8.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 13.0 feet early Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
