* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, low parts of Spring Road south of Business 66 in Waynesville flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 PM CST Thursday the stage was 2.2 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this evening to 7.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning to 2.9 feet and begin rising again early Sunday morning. It will rise to 3.1 feet early Monday afternoon.
