EMERGENCY SIRENS SOUNDED TONIGHT AT 6 P.M. TO REMIND RESIDENTS TO REMOVE VEHICLES FROM CITY STREETS.
Vehicles must be off the streets by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Enforcement begins early Friday morning; Snow emergency is expected to be lifted at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, February 18
