* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The river reaches bankfull. At 15.0 feet, Flooding begins in some park areas, the River Rouge Municipal Golf Course, and a few homes. Most flood damage occurs on the Upper Rouge River with minor flooding occurring on the main branch.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 PM EST Thursday the stage was 15.2 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:45 PM EST Thursday was 15.2 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 16.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning to 9.5 feet and begin rising again Monday evening. It will rise to 9.9 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
