* WHERE...Portions of East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio, including the following counties, in East Central Indiana, Fayette IN, Union IN and Wayne. In West Central Ohio, Greene, Montgomery and Preble.

* WHEN...Until 100 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 703 PM EST, Although heavy rain has tapered off, areal flooding is still ongoing in the warned area. This will continue into tonight. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Richmond, Fairborn, Xenia, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Springboro, Vandalia, Connersville, Englewood, Franklin, Eaton, Bellbrook, Moraine, Carlisle, Oakwood and Yellow Springs.
