* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, lowland flooding occurs along the river in Clermont and Hamilton Counties, with flooding of Karl Brown Way near Loveland.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 PM EST Thursday the stage was 15.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 18.0 feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
