* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Stark and Summit.

* WHEN...Until 500 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from rainfall including Sandy Creek in Waynesburg and numerous branches of Nimishillen Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1025 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Akron, Canton, Cuyahoga Falls, Massillon, Barberton, Green, Alliance, Tallmadge, North Canton, Louisville, Mogadore, Minerva, Hartville, Brewster, Navarre, Waynesburg, East Sparta, Wilmot, Stow and New Franklin. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
