* WHERE...Cuyahoga River At Old Portage.
* WHEN...Until late Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Facilities at the Akron Water Treatment and Pollution Control Plant are impacted. Water inundates low lying park land adjacent to the river. Low lying roads adjacent to the river will be threatened.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM EST Thursday the stage was 10.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 12.1 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 10.5 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.3 feet on 07/11/1976. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
