* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1244 AM EST, local law enforcement and trained spotters reported flooding in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Columbus, Springfield, Newark, Dublin, Lancaster, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Fairborn, Hilliard, Pickerington, Washington Court House, Worthington, Circleville, Bexley, Heath, London and Logan.
