* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Stark and Summit.
* WHEN...Until 100 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 216 AM EST, automated gauges report flooding across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Minor to moderate flooding is occurring across the Nimishillen Creek basin, including the West, Central, and East Branches and Zimber Ditch. Flooding was also being reported from the Sandy Creek near Waynesburg. Flooding is expected to continue through the morning hours as waters continue to recede across the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
