* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...Until late Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Serious flooding occurs mainly west of Circleville along Mill and Canal Roads, as well as Island Road and State Route 762. Backwater flooding along Big Darby Creek causes flooding along roadways. The City of Circleville itself is not affected until a stage near 30 feet.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM EST Friday the stage was 14.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 20.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
