Winds will shift to the northwest tonight with wind gust potential remaining around 45 mph through the night. Snow showers are also expected from this evening through the overnight. A quick inch of snow is possible tonight.
* WHERE...Portions of central, south central and southwest Michigan.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur between 300 PM and 300 AM. Driving conditions after dark will be less than ideal with gusty winds and falling snow.
