Flood Warning until 11:00AM

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Mahoning and Portage.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 453 AM EST, the Ohio Department of Transportation continues to report roads closed due to flooding in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell across this area on Thursday. - Flood waters are receding across the region this morning and road conditions are expected to improve through the next several hours. However, State Route 165 in Mahoning County and State Route 44 in southern Portage County remain impacted by high water. Additional flooding is occurring around the Mahoning River and nearby tributaries, impacting additional areas in eastern Mahoning County. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Youngstown, Ravenna, Boardman, Kent, Alliance, Streetsboro, Campbell, Canfield, Sebring, Mogadore, Austintown, Struthers, Brimfield, Randolph, Atwater, Edinburg, Poland, Ellsworth and Windham. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
