* WHERE...Portions of Central Ohio and West Central Ohio, including the following counties, in Central Ohio, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Hocking and Pickaway. In West Central Ohio, Clark.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 948 AM EST, local law enforcement reported flooding and high water lingering in numerous locations across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Columbus, Springfield, Lancaster, Reynoldsburg, Fairborn, Pickerington, Washington Court House, Circleville, Logan, New Carlisle, Northridge, Wright-Patterson Afb, Canal Winchester, Nelsonville, Ashville, Baltimore, Buckeye Lake, Enon, Mount Sterling and South Bloomfield.
