* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...If an ice jam occurs, localized flooding is possible in the vicinity.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The Will County emergency manager indicates that heavy river ice continues just downstream of I-55. Although there is no immediate threat of an ice jam, the ice jam may reform with little notice leading to flooding of nearby areas. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
