We invite you take a brief survey to share concerns affecting the community and provide feedback about our performance.
Our goal is to better understand how residents and community members feel about crime and safety in the City of Fairfield. The survey will be distributed in three languages; English, Spanish and Tagalog. Languages were selected using Community Development Block Program guidelines as the top three languages throughout our community.

The 2022 Strategic Plan Survey will be distributed to members of the public who live and work within Fairfield. The electronic survey will be active between February 1, 2022 – March 04, 2022.
