Please note:
The billing cycle for the water bills will appear off in their dates.  We experienced a delay in reading meters due to a (now repaired) failure in our meter reading antennae.  
Utility customers will be billed only for what was used during the reading period, however a minor change in the date range may lead to some customer seeing a difference in use from what is their ‘’Normal”.  
The differences in reading is 6-14 days for some customers, and normal for others, only what was used during that cycle is what is billed.
