* WHAT...Periods of heavy snow in between lighter lulls will be possible during this long term snow event. Widespread snow accumulations of 14 to 24 inches will be possible with localized amount nearing 3 feet. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph at times.
* WHERE...Grand and Battlement Mesas, West Elk and Sawatch Mountains and Southwest San Juan Mountains.
* WHEN...From Monday afternoon through late Wednesday night.
