At 8:09 PM last night, the Pelham Fire Department was dispatched to a reported building fire at 17 Fifth Avenue. The American Red Cross has been working with Building Management to help displaced residents and those in need of assistance with food, supplies, counseling, etc. At this time, some of the occupants have been able to reoccupy their apartments. The Town of Pelham provided temporary shelter at the Town House for the residents during the incident.
