* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Missouri, including the following counties, in south central Missouri, Dent, Howell, Oregon, Shannon and Texas. In southwest Missouri, Barry, Christian, Douglas, Ozark, Stone, Taney and Wright.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall from 1 to 2 inches will be possible late Monday night into Tuesday morning. Localized higher amounts will be possible. This will fall in areas which received quite a bit of precipitation with the last event. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
