In eastern Arkansas, Jackson, Lawrence and Randolph. In north central Arkansas, Baxter, Boone, Cleburne, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Marion, Newton, Searcy, Sharp, Stone and Van Buren. In western Arkansas, Johnson.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
