* WHEN...From late tonight through Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Persistent moderate to heavy rainfall Monday night into Tuesday will lead to 1 to 2 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts. The ground remains saturated from prior rainfall, making excessive runoff more likely.
