* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM MST Tuesday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Tuesday evening through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous travel conditions due to icy and snowpacked roadways with areas of heavy snowfall and blowing snow impacting visibility. Near whiteout conditions at times are possible.
