Winter Weather Advisory until 08:00AM

* WHAT...Areas of freezing drizzle this morning. Very cold wind chills expected tonight and Wednesday morning. Wind chills from 15 below zero to as low as 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 8 AM CST this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 11 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Freezing drizzle will lead to slick roadways, especially bridges and overpasses. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Although the freezing drizzle should end early this morning, roadways may remain slick after it ends.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NEMAHA ... BROWN ... JACKSON
