Santa Maria Police Department seeking public's assistance locating missing juvenile. 
The Santa Maria Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14 year old juvenile who is considered at-risk. Angelina Rose Pasco is described as a Filipino female, 5’4” tall, 120 lbs., with black colored hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue dress and white heels.
