The victim in this incident has been identified as Jermaine Meadows.

Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 2:32 p.m. in the 700 block of Warner Street.
Police located a 23-year-old male gunshot victim who was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
