The Carlstadt Board of Health is presenting a meet and greet with the new Community Health Team from Holy Name Hospital. The meeting will take place this Friday, February 25th from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Carlstadt Civic Center on Fourth Street. Come and see what programs they will be offering to the residents of Carlstadt, at no charge.
