* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1106 AM CST, doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated steady rain. - Up to one inch of rain has fallen so far, and an additional half inch of rain is possible by 1 PM CST. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
