* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kendall and Will.
* WHEN...Until 215 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas including ditches, farm fields, underpasses, and the shoulders of roadways and interstates.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1106 AM CST, doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated steady rain. - Up to one inch of rain has fallen so far, and an additional half inch of rain is possible by 1 PM CST. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
