* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Lowland flooding of the Mill Creek floodplain occurs with water approaching some buildings along the creek.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM EST Tuesday the stage was 9.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest just above 12 feet this afternoon by 3pm. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
