...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON WEDNESDAY TO 6 PM CST
THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Freezing rain producing ice accumulations of two-tenths
to four-tenths of an inch, accompanied by less than quarter inch
of sleet.
* WHERE...Northwest of a line from Wiener to Jonesboro Arkansas,
to Hayti Missouri, and portions of far northwest Tennessee along
the Kentucky border.
* WHEN...From noon Wednesday to 6 PM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the
ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
