* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central Indiana and south central Indiana, including the following counties,Bartholomew, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, Rush, Shelby, Brown and Monroe.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 402 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations affected include Nashville near North Fork Salt Creek, and areas along the Flatrock River near Raleigh and Rushville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
