* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 15.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 19.5 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 20.1 feet on 01/28/1994. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
