* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following county, Blount.
* WHEN...Until 730 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 420 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oneonta, Springville, Blountsville, Cleveland, Dallas, Warrior, Locust Fork, Altoona, Susan Moore, Trafford, Allgood, Fairview, Hayden, Nectar, Rosa, County Line, Inland Lake, Bangor, Blount Springs and Arkadelphia.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BLOUNT, AL
