The Flood Warning will expire at 645 AM CST this morning for portions of north central Alabama and northeast Alabama, including the following counties, in north central Alabama, Cullman and Morgan. In northeast Alabama, DeKalb, Jackson and Marshall. Flood waters are receding. The heavy rain has ended. Widespread flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
