OPT service delays; City Hall closed 2/25 
Due to rapid snow accumulation, OPT buses will be delayed this morning, February 25th. The SUNY route will begin running at 9:30am. All other routes will begin at 10:00am. City Hall will be closed to the public today. Public Works crews are working diligently to clear city streets. On-street parking is prohibited and will result in ticketing and possible towing.
