* WHAT...Southeast winds 40 to 50 mph with erratic gusts to 80 mph expected.
* WHERE...Turnagain Arm and higher elevations of the Anchorage Hillside.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM AKST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Within the Anchorage Bowl, southeast wind gusts to 40 mph will be possible during the afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
