Reminder: City of Watervliet, NY Snow Emergency Declared (2/26) 
This is a reminder that the City of Watervliet's SNOW EMERGENCY has begun! All vehicles parked on city streets are required to be moved when directed by the Watervliet Police Department. Any vehicle that is not moved will be subject to a parking ticket and towed at the owner's expense. See the attachment for more information. A snow removal hotline with a recorded message can be reached at 518-270-3823.
Please have your vehicles cleaned off and ready to be moved prior to the snow plows arriving on your block. By doing so, it helps prevent delays and keeps the snow plowing operation running smoothly.
*ANY VEHICLE THAT IS NOT REMOVED WHEN THE PLOWS ARRIVE ON YOUR BLOCK WILL BE SUBJECT TO A PARKING TICKET AND TOWED*
If you find that your vehicle has been towed, please call the Watervliet Police Station at 518-270-3891 to receive further instructions.
