In the Line of Duty Funeral for San Jacinto County Precinct 1 Deputy Constable Neil Adams

Funeral services for San Jacinto County Precinct 1 Deputy Constable Neil Adams have been set for Thursday, March 3 at 10:30 a.m. at San Jacinto County Community Shelter (225 Live Oak St., Coldspring, Texas 77331).
The service will be followed by a ceremony with full honors by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Honor Guard, including a U.S. and Texas flag folding and presentation to family, riderless horse, fly-over, 21-gun salute, and Taps.
Deputy Constable Adams, 62, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 23, after he was fatally shot while performing an off-duty job at PlazAmericas Mall in the 7500 block of Bellaire Boulevard of Houston.
Deputy Constable Adams had selflessly served with the San Jacinto County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office for two years and was the agency’s environmental officer. He had previously served with the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office for eight years.
A public visitation for Deputy Constable Adams will be held on Wednesday, March 2, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at San Jacinto County Community Shelter.
