This is a Shelter in Place Order in Monte Rio for the area east of Bohemian Highway and south and east of the river. This includes River Boulevard and adjacent streets and Bohemian Avenue and adjacent streets.
Sheriff’s Office and mutual aid agencies are searching for an armed and dangerous suspect who shot someone.  Suspect is a Hispanic man, 32 years old, 6’1”, 160 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a blanket over his arms and red tennis shoes.

The suspect is armed and dangerous. If you see him, call 911 and do not approach him.
