Full Notification

During the evening of March 1, a subject entered the Wendys restaurant in the 1600 block of E. Los Angeles Ave and demanded the cashier give him money and that he did not want to hurt anybody.  However, the cashier did not give the subject money and he left without further incident.  Based on the description and previous contacts, officers believed the subject was Gary Hunter, a 30 year-old Simi Valley resident.

Hunter was located in the area, arrested and booked at Ventura County Main Jail for attempted robbery.
