Detour on Arlington Avenue at Sunset Drive. 
On Thursday March 3rd , Arlington Avenue and Sunset Drive will have a detour in the intersection due to EBMUD construction. Traffic will be allowed on both N/B and S/B traffic on Arlington Avenue. However, cross traffic from Sunset Drive will not be permitted until after 5:00 pm today.
