Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating a shooting that seriously injured a man in Deer Park last night.
A 19-year-old male passenger in a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu was shot at the intersection of Bay Shore Road and Commack Road at 9:44 p.m. The vehicle was stopped by police a short distance away, an ambulance was called, and the victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
