* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Southern California, including the following counties, Riverside and San Diego.

* WHEN...Until 330 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 134 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to training showers and thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Riverside, Moreno Valley, Temecula, Redlands, Lake Elsinore, Hemet, Fallbrook, Hwy 243 Between Banning And Idyllwild, eastern Camp Pendleton, Murrieta, Perris, Colton, San Jacinto, Beaumont, Banning, Menifee, Sun City, East Hemet, Valle Vista and March Afb. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
