Winter Weather Advisory until 01:00AM Sunday

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches on the Hillside.

* WHERE...Anchorage Hillside.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Saturday to 1 AM AKST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will begin Saturday morning and will fall steadily into the evening. The snow will linger at higher elevations as winds shift out of the northwest Saturday night. The Anchorage Bowl can expect 3 to 5 inches of accumulation on Saturday. Daytime heating should keep the roads mostly wet in the Bowl for the first part of the storm except where pockets of heavier snow develop. There is a greater chance of some accumulation on the roads beginning after dark.
