Meridian Police Department Arrest Suspect in Armed Robbery Case
MERIDIAN- The Meridian Police Department have made an arrest in regards to the armed robbery that occurred around 8:30PM on March 3, 2022, at a vape store on the corner of Fairview Rd. and Meridian Rd.
After numerous tips from the community, Meridian Police Department was able to identify the suspect as a sixteen (16) year-old male. Meridian detectives obtained a warrant for the suspect, who was arrested Saturday night March 5, after Ada County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a call of a loud party at a local Eagle hotel. Deputies were able to identify the suspect and arrest him without incident.
The suspect was booked into the Ada County Juvenile Detention Center on one (1) county of Robbery.
Meridian Police Department would like to thank the community for their assistance in identifying the suspect and the Ada County Sheriff’s Office and Boise Police Department for their assistance in apprehending the suspect.
