* WHERE...Portions of East Central Indiana and Southeast Indiana, including the following counties, in East Central Indiana, Fayette IN, Union IN and Wayne. In Southeast Indiana, Franklin IN.
* WHEN...Until 715 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EST, radar indicated heavy rain due to showers and thunderstorms was moving into the advisory area. Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly in the advisory area with rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Batesville, Brookville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, West College Corner, Oldenburg, Glenwood, Lake Santee, Franklin, Salem, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia and Metamora.
