* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of East Central Indiana and Southeast Indiana, including the following counties, in East Central Indiana, Fayette IN, Union IN and Wayne. In Southeast Indiana, Franklin IN.
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 702 AM EST, local law enforcement reported minor flooding of numerous roads across the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. As the rain comes to an end, water will start to slowly recede. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Batesville, Brookville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, West College Corner, Oldenburg, Glenwood, Lake Santee, Franklin, Salem, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia and Metamora.
