* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Floodwater surrounds homes along Edgecliff Drive, as well as Plum Tree Drive in Worthington, cutting off residents.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM EST Monday the stage was 8.5 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this morning to 11.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
