* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water spills onto low-lying property along the river downstream of Abington from Yankee Town to Brownsville.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM EST Monday the stage was 12.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 14.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
