Flood Warning until 04:00PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of central Indiana including the following counties, Decatur, Hancock, Madison, Rush, Shelby, Delaware, Henry and Randolph.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 859 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms overnight and this morning. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding of low lying roads has been reported by emergency management in Madison county. Moderate flooding is occurring along the Flatrock River near Raleigh which floods County Roads 800N and 450E in Rush county. Flooding of other low lying roads and areas will be common across the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Muncie, Anderson, New Castle, Rushville, Winchester, Adams, Yorktown, Chesterfield, Knightstown, Daleville, Parker City, Farmland, Geneva, Lynn, St. Paul, Carthage, Spiceland, Selma, Shirley and Markleville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
